zohar kabbalah

Zohar means Radiance, and The Book of Zohar is the fundamental book in the wisdom of Kabbalah. It is the key that allows one to reveal the spiritual part of the universe hidden from our five senses, and the Upper Force that governs everything and brings everything into existence.

It was written by Rabbi Shimon Bar Yochai or Rashbi, a great Kabbalist who lived in the 2nd century CE. Rashbi attained all the wisdom that was to be recorded in the Book of Zohar while hiding from the authorities Roman hostile in a cave in northern Israel. Together with his son Rabbi Elazar, Rashbi spent 13 years living in this cave, eating fruits of a carob tree and water drinking from a nearby spring. At that time, the father and son had attained all the degrees of the spiritual world, and were able to feel the superior force or Creator with complete clarity.

13 years later, Rabbi Shimon and his son reemerged from the cave, assembled a group of disciples, and wrote The Book of Zohar, together with them. Kabbalah explains that ten men were required to write this unique book, because their souls are ten spiritual forces called "Sefirot." Only together were able to create the common spiritual vessel able to perceive the highest levels of the spiritual world.

Therefore, when The Book of Zohar describes Rabbi Shimon and his students, which actually refers to the qualities that exist in the spiritual world. The ten sages had attained these spiritual qualities through their souls and were capable of recording in a book.

The book was written in a special way. Rashbi knew that the text had to conceal their spiritual content, since this information was intended for those who live two millennia later, we. This is why I had one of his students, Rabbi Aba, write it. Rabbi Aba was able to put the spiritual information in a hidden way. He wrote The Book of Zohar Rashbi listening and recording what he said in a way that one uninformed reader can understand only the most superficial, the outermost layer of the text. For example, here is how the book starts: Rabbi Chizkiyah open "It is written, as the rose among thorns." The text is beautiful and poetic, yet requires a spiritual attainment in order to decipher its true meaning.

Therefore, when we read the Book of Zohar, without the necessary preparation, appears as a series of fantastic tales and legends. And learning to read properly, start with the writings of Rabbi Yehuda Ashlag, also called Baal HaSulam after his comment Sulam (Ladder) The Book of Zohar. HaSulam Baal wrote a complete, accurate and systematic interpretation of the Book of Zohar. Its purpose was to introduce the book to the public and make it suitable for the souls of our time.

The Book of Zohar was to be concealed for two thousand years, waiting for humanity to spirituality desire. And this is happening in our time, as more and more people wonder about the purpose of its existence. Thus, the Zohar is becoming revealed to all by the great Kabbalists who have concealed until now.

Mycology is the study of fungi and their biochemical and genetic properties and its applications to human life, such as medicines, food, and the dangers may present as infections. This includes not only mushrooms but also fungi and bacteria. Phytopathology is the study of plant diseases, emerged from mycology and these two are very closely related because often the molds and other fungi attack plants to survive.

It has been shown that DNA of fungi is much more like humans have DNA that rather than simply as the DNA found in plants. This is not only interesting in the aspect of fungi see absolutely nothing to do with us, but also creates some problems in research and issues that relate to the health of humans. It has been speculated that since we now have the DNA of mold that can be said to determine what level of risk they may pose to humans and other life forms. We have also been able that approximately a quarter of the human population has been genetically likely to have a sensitivity to mold.

People say that mold and other types of fungi have recently become a problem, but in reality the fact is that we do not realize that mold has been a problem since Biblical times. It is mentioned very openly in the book of Leviticus in the Talmud Torah. Moses provides instruction on how to identify and treat infections of mold in the home.

Mold growth in the home are a serious problem and most people do not realize they can become seriously ill, permanent disability or even killed because of these contamination. Not enough mycologists and the general consensus is that mold is not studied enough, given the wide range of health effects that may result from exposure to it.

To become a mycologist, one must study for years and involve both laboratory and field work with fungi in hospitals, industry, food, and universities. Mycologists are often found working in industries such as infection control, management in hospitals and in some pharmaceutical industries.

There are several schools that can be done in the United States. The universities of Texas and Minnesota offer some excellent programs. In Canada School in Toronto also has a good program mycology. There are some schools, however, that these programs are falling due to lack of interest in them.

Torah -????

Ok, so I know that the Bible is composed of the Old Testament and New Testament, the first of which I which is also in the Torah. However, whenever I see the Torah that always seems so long. Is composed of everything else too?

In fact, the Torah is considerably shorter than what we call the Old Testament (Jews, but only call the Bible, or Tanakh). The Torah is only the five Books of Moses – Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers and Deuteronomy. Besides this, the Tanakh is composed of the prophets (Neviim), and several other books, collectively known as the Writings (Ketuvim).

halacha

I need help to understand the prayer of Moses at the end of Beha'alotecha: "Moses cried out to God, saying:" Please God, heal her now! "Rashi offers two explanations for this brief prayer: 1) Moshe did not want Israel criticized him for spending too much time in prayer, while his sister suffered. 2) Moshe did not want Israel to claim that he spent more time praying for his sister that he pray for them.

I took a survey this past Shabbat, asking people: "If, God forbid, someone close to you was seriously sick, please concisely, as in "Please God, heal her!" Or, more elaborate prayer?

I asked 25 people. Only one knew immediately that I was asking about the prayer of Moses for Miriam. 20 people responded that if they thought about it, that probably would not, which stated concisely. 5 argued that prayer is more effective.

Rashi Why so upset by the prayer of Moses?

How could be criticized for a long sentence, while his sister was suffering when he was praying for his recovery? We can infer that there is a prayer long for someone who is sick? title = "Halacha"> Halacha reminds us that not a long prayer at the bedside of someone who can make him or she is nervous that he or she is in more danger than before he or she thought, but not mentioned in the Halakhah of praying for a long time while someone is suffering.

Miriam did not suffer as much as she was ashamed. Is that the key to understanding why Moshe could not pray at last? Did work prayer of Moses, at least, to shorten the time of their suffering?

How could Israel possibly complain that Moses had not prayed enough prayers compiled by them?

If Moses was so worried, how would pray 515 prayers to be allowed to enter Israel? That Israel would not complain that they read 515 times to be permitted to enter Israel after the sin of the spies?

When we ask someone to pray for us who prefer a short prayer or long?
