kabbalistic meditation

From the very beginning of mankind there have been healers. Throughout the ages, all cultures around the world has its own form of medicine and healing practices the ills of his people. Traditional Chinese medicine, for example, are not concentrated in specific parts of the physical body, but rather, the purpose and function of these parts. Many people believe that these dedicated and indigenous practices have no place in a modern society with technological advances and advances scientists. The simple fact remains, however, a significant percentage of people in the world access to modern medicine. They are based solely on technical traditional healing to keep their families healthy. Is it possible that modern society has become so advanced that we have lost contact with some healing practices the most basic and simple to surmédicalisées our bodies into submission?

Going back to our roots

Like the Chinese, Native Americans have long held the belief that the spirit is an absolutely essential part of all human beings and therefore an ingredient necessary for your health and general welfare. Spirituality is a key element of the healing process in most of the story is that in these times of "modern" that the company has reserved as a secondary and unnecessary. In fact, Native American spiritual practices were banned in the United States and even what the U.S. Act Indian Religious Freedom was passed in 1978, were threatened with imprisonment if they should even be taken to attend a healing ceremony. The Indian example Americans are not the only example of such a society turns its back to its roots. The Chinese have acted in a similar way, prohibits the use of traditional Chinese medicine the more than thirty years, until 1960.

Old v / s New

While modern science has indeed made great progress in many respects to repair and heal the human body and even accepted by many schools of thought in regard to matters of the human spirit has yet to fully accept that there is indeed a connection real between the two. The mind and body are treated as separate entities to be part of everything. The common bond between the ancient wisdom of the centuries around the world has established a scientific facts aside and put in place.

Today, the practice of things like meditation, yoga, traditional medicine and indigenous healing Sufi Chinese medicine have found refuge under the broad umbrella of holistic medicine. The healing practices of Buddhists, shamans and others find their way in a society hungry for answers that do not benefit from modern scientific research. However, the search for prestige and well-trained professionals can be a challenge for today's civilized cultures.

kabbalistic teachings

There are millions of … euros estimated between 2 and 4 million. They were shivering in the cold was -6 degrees F with wind chill, but nobody seemed to feel it. Instead, they were heated by the events before them, and the thrill of anticipation. Their faces beamed with joy, hope and a sense wonder at what was sure to be one of the most memorable moments in American history – the candidacy of Barack Hussein Obama as the 44th President of the United States.

In this great crowd, we could see cohesion, a sense of connection and joy shared by all individuals. Seeing them stacked to protect wind, hanging on each other as the movement of the crowd drove from place to place has also led to another embodiment, is met in something bigger, something that transcends the physical. It was felt that this group was a small seed of unity and connection. It was palpable, felt even through the screen computer, and was followed by millions around the world. The election of Obama planted the seed of unity, and we begin to feel the need for her hunger and joy it. This event, today the story began to spread the seeds for germination point. How, then this seed that feeds so that will growing maturity and beautiful?

Walking both shoulders of the man who takes office in the midst of another historic event – the global crisis all nations in all areas. How could cope with these challenges, and come to understand what needs to be truly effective in helping to unite the world and find a real resolution of this crisis? to be able to cultivate the unity and connection that was present at his inauguration? What can be done to ensure that this man may receive the wisdom needed to be one of the drive force of the world? President Obama spoke of unity and peace in his opening speech. At one point he said it was time to "choose the unity of purpose in the conflict and discord" and "those who claim to power through corruption and deceit and suppression of dissent, knowing that you are on the wrong side of history, but we will shake hands, if you're willing to loosen grip. "

It is time for the world to find the answers are contained within the wisdom of Kabbalah. This ancient doctrine, in turn provides the vision of the road map of the unit President Obama in reality. In all humanity, there is an absolute necessity in urgent need of this wisdom, but the need is higher among men of power, as the new U.S. president. The momentum created with the opening of today should not be allowed to slow or stop. We must, in the depths of ours to take individual responsibility for our momentum to fuel our desire and purpose of the unity of the world to develop the little seed awoke today. We must use all possible means of communication to teach people to live in our the new global conditions. We must show people that everyone can benefit if we take into account worldwide. Our time should not be wasted on activities that promote division and isolation that must be filled with activities that will help us learn to live in harmony with one another. More importantly, we must learn what it means love.

During today's ceremony, Elizabeth Alexander made the original poem, first, entitled "Praise song for the day." His voice echoed in downtown Washington, to read an excerpt:

Some live by "You love your neighbor neighbor as yourself"

But others "do no harm" or "Do not take more than necessary."

What if the word more powerful than the love?

Beyond marital love, filial national.

The love we put in a pool light.

Love anticipate without complaint.

In the high brightness Today, the winter air,

Anything can be done, any sentence that began

On the rim in banks in the morning

Song of praise at the front from this perspective.

Now we face the challenge of making love in the most powerful words and walk in that light. To raise and provide the body, desire and intention to translate these words of the great Kabbalist Baal HaSulam to reality:

"When Humanity has achieved its objective, which means mounts the degree of love to the track Next, when all people around the world unite in one heart – only then, all the happiness of mankind is revealed in all its glory. "

kabbalah book

This is because Kabbalah, in Hebrew, means reception. Kabbalah is about how to receive all the happiness and perfection who come to reveal the force, which covers all of Creation, the Creator. Kabbalah teaches us how to connect with that force, and when we do, we will receive all the abundance that exists in their level.

Sounds fantastic and the supernatural? In fact, we learned this wisdom of the people who are just like us, only found that within the interior of man, there is a connection to the power which sustains Creation. As in natural science, measuring how they felt, examined and recorded their findings. The books he wrote eventually became a science that anyone can now study.

However, the study of books of Kabbalah is very different than the study of other textbooks or other sciences. The review process works in a special way, in reading the text, gradually develops new sensations within, and begin to feel their connection with the Creator.

By studying the books written by Kabbalists, we begin to see the world the way they do, and we discover that we live in an enormous spiritual reality. As a result, we find our place in the grand scheme of things, where we learned we come and where we go, and most importantly, "What is our purpose in life?"

A remedy for the soul

In paragraph 155 of the Introduction to Talmud Eser Sefirot, 20th Century great Kabbalist Baal HaSulam (Rabbi Yehuda Ashlag) writes: "Why did the Kabbalists requires each person to study the wisdom of Kabbalah? In fact, one thing is important, worthy of being released: it is a magnificent invaluable resource for those engaged in the wisdom of Kabbalah. "What do we mean by Baal HaSulam a remedy? Kabbalists explain that each person has a soul, but in most people, the soul is dormant. As a result, we are not spiritual reality, our connection with the Creator, and the abundance that comes from him.

Therefore, Kabbalists say that it is vitally important for everyone to study Kabbalah. This valuable resource that the wisdom of Kabbalah gives us the ability to awaken our souls. And it happens in a simple-just try to experience what they are studying. Since then, embark on a journey of discovery, increasingly revealing the Creator to the level of infinity and perfection that exists.

kabbalistic mysticism

The mystique comes from the Greek word meaning "to hide. This is a continuation of the realization or communion with the consciousness of ultimate reality, Divine spiritual Truth or God through direct experience, personal rather than rational thinking. This experience is offered beyond the understanding sensory or intellectual. This is usually outside their everyday experience and the experience is built. "Incorporated" means practical experience in the body-mind-spirit, not just an idea in our minds.

Many spiritual teachers have known mystical incarnate these direct experiences with God. Some of the major religions these teachers were trained as related to their spiritual connection and experience of the immensity of God. It is interesting to note how various mystical traditions have teachings which are almost identical. Much of the world in search of what might be called "Faith in God." There is a difference between faith in something much you and the experience practice of this immensity. In today's world, mysticism seems to have a bad reputation, which reflects the magic spells and ritual dance of fear. Mysticism is actually a continuum in each religion.

Despite the Kabbalah, Jewish mysticism, has been presented by celebrities like Madonna as a "general plan and rules of life, "the study of early Kabbalistic text graphics on a beautiful way to keep our longing for God is always present. The mystics of many Christians were all monks and priests who are time, energy and focus to achieve this connection, the experience of unity with God. After a verse of Old Testament If you are a Christian or Jewish prayer called the Shema in Deuteronomy 6:4-9: "Hear, O Israel, the Lord is our God, the Lord is A "speaks of God being" one. "Hindus and Buddhists also speak of the experience of being one with all the links in the universe. In science, the physicist David Bohm, speaks the same as described in the manifest world as the "developed world and the invisible world, as the" closed world ".

A poem Islamic mystic Mevlana professor Jalãludd) No Rumi expresses the love that we live as we learn to incorporate the experience of this oneness with God ..

The significance love the light and shadow are the dance of love.

Love has no cause, is the astrolabe of God's secrets.

Lover and love are inseparable and timeless.

Although they may try to describe the love of the experience when I have no words.

Although they may try to write about love, I am helpless it breaks my pencil and paper slips in the ineffable place where Lover, lover and beloved are one.

Every moment is glorious by the light Love

kabbalah tree of life

The poem The Tree of Life was written by a great 16th century Kabbalist, Isaac Luria (also known as the Ari) that show the origins of our existence. Starts:

Behold, that before the emanations were emanated and the creatures were created,
The upper simple light had filled all existence.
And there were no vacancies, as an atmosphere of emptiness, a hole, or a hole,
But it was full of simple light, limitless.

Amid this light, the idea of creation appeared. It is the epitome of a mother's womb, and the Light of the fetus surrounded by warmth and food, providing for all your needs. Kabbalah teaches us that we started our journey in this array as a single soul together called Adam Harishon, or "first man".

In the perfection of light, we were united as one soul, but as a fetus, the soul was not aware of their existence or the process he was experiencing. To advance in this state of unconsciousness, Adam Harishon had to go through various spiritual states to reach a point where the soul can experience his own existence and the desire of Light. Along the way, there was a split that the Kabbalists refer to as "the breaking of the vessels."

Through this destruction, the division of soul in individual sparks that broke away from the Fountain of Light and abundance. Just as light can only be appreciated If you know the darkness, the soul could only appreciate the abundance that surrounding the lack of experience first. For this to happen, the light had to be hidden soul. Each fragment of the soul began to experience himself as separate and unique: a person. The separation of our origin and the other, or the absence of light within each soul, is what we feel like "this world".

We fell in this world, but this was not the end. We continue to fall. For thousands of years, our sense of isolation and egoism grew. We suffered and screamed in pain. When became unbearable, the cry formed in a question: Why? What is the purpose of our existence, our suffering, our life? When asked in all seriousness, the question raises a single dot in the heart ", a point which had lain dormant all those years he had gone before. This point is reminded of the abundance of light and longs to reconnect with all the sparks of others and return to its source.

So the search begins, but the return path is not easy. This is the personal struggle, the revelation of the true nature of the soul. On one hand, we experience the desires and motivations of this world that is all we know. Moreover, there is this hard to get the point in the heart, we says that this is all a dream, and that there is something much greater to us. If we allow this point in the heart to lead us onward and upward, they begin a glimpse of the abundance that awaits.

The use of these flashes of propel us forward, climb the ladder of life, returning for the same exact way in which got off. Through these memories of our previous statements, one begins to understand that the fall was there for the purpose of promotion. From this perspective, this world is only a springboard for the soul in the world to come.

Therefore, if you have that desire, the desire for answers to the deeper meaning of his life Kabbalah can help do that is because they are more of his body. We are all more than our bodies. We are a collective piece of a soul, and deep down yearn for that connection. It is through reconnecting with each other while living in this physical existence that attract the light that brings us back to our Source. Through this process, we begin to experience the wealth of beauty, joy and love he has for us.

kabbalah numerology

Kabbalah is hidden about 2,000 years ago. The reason was simple, there was no demand. Since then, mankind has dealt with the development of the monotheistic religions, and later, science. Both are created to meet the most basic human questions: "What is our place in the world in the universe?" What is the purpose of our existence? "In other words," Why were we born? "

But today, more than ever, many people feel that what has worked for 2,000 years no longer meets their needs. The answers provided by religion and science no longer satisfy them. These people are looking elsewhere for answers to the most basic questions about the purpose of life. They turn to Eastern teachings, fortune telling, magic and mysticism. And some turn to Kabbalah. Because Kabbalah was formulated to answer these fundamental questions, the answers provided are directly related with them.

Kabbalah made his "debut" 5,000 years ago in Mesopotamia, an ancient country in Iraq today. Mesopotamia was not only the cradle of Kabbalah, but of all the ancient teachings and mysticism. In those days, people believed in many different teachings, often after more than a teaching at a time. Astrology, divination, numerology, magic, witchcraft, spells, evil eye, all these and more developed and flourished in Mesopotamia, the cultural center of the ancient world.

As long as the people were happy with their beliefs, they did not feel the need for change. People wanted to know that his life would be safe, and what to do to make them pleasant. They are not asked about the origin of life, or more importantly, who or what had created the rules of life.

At first this may seem a slight difference. But in reality, the difference between asking about life, and ask about the rules that make life is like the difference between learning how to drive a car and learn to make one. It's a completely different level of knowledge.
